David develops creative, professional, and user-friendly, responsive websites and applications using the latest industry tools and his extensive knowledge and experience from the last 15 years.
He is passionate about exceeding his clients' expectations and creating affordable websites, especially for small businesses. David is a full-stack developer versed in the latest trends and technologies used today, such as HTML5, CSS3, MSSQL, ColdFusion, UI, UX, Bootstrap 4, jQuery, and JavaScript.
"I love learning new software tools, tricks, tips, or techniques that could make a good site great or improve a client’s business process in order to increase their employee’s productivity. Technology, methodology, and business needs are always evolving, so if you're not consistently learning, your business will get left behind."
Before launching Key City Web (formerly J5 Studios), David developed his talents and expertise while working for public and private sector businesses like Johns Hopkins University, Navy Medical Logistics Command, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. This is where he learned the process of web development using various methodologies (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, GCDD) and tools, such as Adobe ColdFusion and Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
No matter the technology or methodology used for his clients, David always listens to the clients' needs, understands their needs, effectively communicates during each stage of the development process, and thoroughly tests and solicits feedback before the final product is delivered.
